At Tenth Avenue Aesthetics, our focus is on the unique features of each individual and reaching a natural facial optimization. Owners & injectors, Silvia Tuthill, DNP, and Stephanie Porter, ANP-C, bring their technical mastery, expertise and use only the highest quality and safest products. Together with their growing team of experts, they treat each client holistically after focusing on each individual’s concerns. Each client has their own definition of beauty and, ultimately, our goal is to bring out the best YOU.

Silvia Tuthill is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has a passion for aesthetic medicine and working with clients to achieve healthy, beautiful skin at all stages of life. She is also committed to an enlightened approach to health and wellness. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, and a Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing, from Stony Brook University in Adult and Geriatric Health. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, her five-year career as a registered nurse and intravenous therapy professional on a medical-surgical oncology unit honed her skill in performing delicate injections with precision. She has completed specialized training in New York City in dermal filler and Botox. She is authentic, detail oriented, enthusiastic, and her boundless energy allows her to develop personalized treatment plans and provide superior patient care and client satisfaction.
STEPHANIE PORTER

Stephanie Porter is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner who has also found her passion with medical aesthetics. She has completed specialized training in New York City in the field of aesthetics in which she specialized in Botox and Xeomin, along with dermal fillers. She received her Bachelors and Masters of Science in Nursing from Molloy College. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as a registered nurse on a medical oncology unit, became a nurse manager, and an Assistant Director of Nursing. As a Nurse Practitioner, she continues to work at a busy gastroenterology practice with a focus on wellness and weight management. Stephanie takes pride in helping her clients achieve the look and feel that they desire. Her active listening, positivity, and attention to detail are important attributes she possesses which ensure quality patient care. One of her favorite aspects of her job is developing a trusting and honest life-long rapport with her patients and their family members.

AnnMarie Martin is a registered nurse with 7 years of experience in cardiology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Long Island University. She has completed comprehensive aesthetic medical training in New York City for neurotoxins, including Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau, as well as dermal fillers. Over the last year, she has transitioned into perioperative nursing in Manhattan. It was through her experience working with world-renowned plastic surgeons that she discovered her passion for aesthetics. It is her attention to detail, gentle approach, and professionalism that make her a great addition to our team

Jill Monte is a Registered Nurse with a BSN from the University of Rhode Island. Understanding that nursing has no boundaries, Jill has a background in Dermatology/ Plastic Surgery, where her passion for Aesthetics started. She is currently working Med-Surg in a local hospital along with providing out-patient Chemo-Infusion therapy. Jill attended Empire Medical Training in NYC to become Neurotoxin and Dermal Filler certified. Jill provides quality care with empathy and understanding to embrace natural beauty. Jill’s goal is to help her patients meet their needs through detailed collaboration. Her hobbies include traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with her husband and three children.
ABIGAIL MACUSKA

Abigail started her journey in the esthetics world with lashes and brows. She received her esthetics license after completing her program at Long Island Nail Skin and Hair Institute which is where she found her passion for so much more in this industry. She is always excited to try the newest procedures in the industry and In just under two years she has opened two successful salons on Long Island. She specializes in lash extensions for any age and style, suiting everyone’s needs. She is also a licensed tattoo artist and is 3x certified in Permanent Makeup, She even trained with Katy Dang herself from Advanced Microblading Institute. She strives to make every women feel beautiful with minimal effort and wake up with no makeup! She is super knowledgeable about many things in her field and has become an educator, helping others in this industry. Any questions you have about the services she will take time to make you feel comfortable and understand the procedure. With 3 beautiful girls at home she understands the importance of self care and cannot wait to help you get pampered!

As a mother to 2 young children, Stephanie understands the importance of self-care and takes pride in the individualized attention she provides to each client.
When she’s not immersed in research or attending aesthetic classes and conferences, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
